WhiteHorse Montessori School is an independent, friendly nursery and primary school located in the heart of Thomas Estate along Lekki-Epe Expressway Ajah Lagos.
We run classes from Crèche to Basic six and accept children between the ages of six months to ten years and above irrespective of their cultural and religious background.

OUR HISTORY
The dream that began as WhiteHorse Montessori School years ago was
given to a new birth hence was re-established, re-structured and re-furbished
to accommodate a new and bigger dream under the new era.
The rebirth was to establish and flourish with a vision to meet
the challenges of this millennium and achieve a greater exploit in the
educational sector.
This great vision came into reality in 2014, right in the heart of
Thomas Estate at 6, Yinka Arogundade Close, Thomas Estate Ajah, Lagos State,
under the new management of Bimbo Aluko (Mrs.), a mother, a passionate lover of
children, a caregiver and a great educationist who has found fulfillment in
nurturing children for almost a decade.
WhiteHorse Montessori School has since grown and made remarkable
records as one of the great highly esteemed standard school to reckon within
Ajah area of Lagos State.
WhiteHorse Montessori School is a favourite choice for children. It
is a home away from home. We pride ourselves in creating a close, secure,
stimulating and a very exciting environment. It is a great testimony that our
old pupils are doing extremely well in different schools. The WhiteHorse child
is confident and active, knows how to play fairly and works hard. At WhiteHorse
Montessori School, learning, a deep sense of value and mutual respect are
fundamentals to our community life. Our vision makes us conscious of promoting
personal development in and outside the class. We pride ourselves in our
motivational and discovery teaching method as we blend traditional methods with
the use of new technologies. Our highly qualified, experienced, resourceful and
dedicated teachers encourage our pupils to develop confidence and skills by
building a consistently good relationship with them.
Homework is given to pupils
from all subjects and parents are encouraged to participate actively in their
children’s learning.
We organize Parents Consultation Day (open day) for our parents to
view their children’s state of academic progress and general welfare.
Our pupils are taught in purpose-built classrooms. The lessons are
activities packed within a warm, caring, stimulating and conducive learning
atmosphere. The curriculum combines the best of British and Nigerian
curriculum.
Through the years, WhiteHorse Montessori School has maintained her
mission statement “We are committed to developing the child’s individual
talents, critical thinking, and technological skills in a safe and optimum
learning environment“. We have been
providing excellent services to pupils who have not only excelled academically
but also have gone on to become great ambassadors of the schools and
responsible members of the societies they belong to.
WhiteHorse Montessori School management ensures that teachers work

WhiteHorse Montessori School welcomes babies aged 3 to 18 months.
Indeed, it is a dream comes true as it has been the desire and constant request
of many parents who have siblings in the school. As a result of the needs, the
school management and other members of staff worked tirelessly to make this
dream a reality. All thanks to our Directress Bimbo Aluko (Mrs.) for her
enthusiastic support and provision of the necessary resources. The care-givers
are friendly and well-trained.
Truly, it can be described as “home away from home” with aesthetic the ambiance of the environment, tastefully furnished to cater for the needs of the
little cuties and the discerning parents.
