PTF [PARENTS TEACHERS
FORUM]
This is an avenue to establish and foster interaction
between parents and teachers. Our PTF has a general working constitution.
Elections are held yearly at the beginning of a session. All levies are paid
through the PTF account opened for the purpose. Meetings are held termly except
otherwise, notice will be served to that effect. Such meetings serve as a forum
for parents and guardians to reach an understanding of issues of mutual
benefits to the children and the school.
Other avenues include: open days which are observed termly
to enable parents and guardians discuss their children’s progress with the
school.
PARENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Parents are requested to attend ceremonies such as:
concerts, sports, and prize-giving days to cheer their children.
Open days are to be attended by parents and guardians in the interest of their children.
Please note that only parents and guardians [not their
representatives] are allowed to come. They are also the only ones permitted to
collect their children’s report booklets.
